Quality among order and chaos zen_web.jpg

The organisations today act in a “hyper turbulent” environment, characterized by an increasing intensity of competences in services, by an informational overload and by a cycle of knowledge creation/destruction.
This turbulence and this informational overload require a quick adjustment of organizations and to stock up on efficient knowledge management systems.

Archidata faces this challenge by:
  • An oriented to knowledge and hypertextual organization, that interconnects three layers: business systems, projects groups and knowledge property;
  • its quality system and management and control procedures described in the quality handbook
  • a Knowledge management system, internet based (wiki), aimed to create, organize, make accessible, share, use and capitalize the competence property of Archidata and of its partners in order to generate new value and innovation;
  • an intangible balance, aimed to point out and measure (through specific indicators) all internal elements and processes that contribute to build the company intellectual property and that contribute to generate value in time.

The logo of Archidata

 In Chinese ancient philosophy, the symbol of the "well" is represented as an esagramma of six entire and broken lines and indicates "the image of the wood that goes into the earth to draw up water".

The wood represents not only the bucket of the well but also a plant - an organic system for excellence - that, as the well does, draws up the water to benefit all of its parts.

The image of the water instead alludes to the deep culture of the man and the society, from which the well draws up from: while the superficial things, in fact, change quickly, ancient wells maintain their function, connecting us with the deep structures of life and social organization.

The logo of Archidata resumes this ancient symbol, trying to emphasize the need to conjugate our cultural heritage with more innovative methodologies and technologies.
