Description: The project scheduled tuition to the IReR in the techinical-scientifical assistance, monitoring and support to the Lombardia regional planning, particularly with respect to Structural Funds.
The activities carried put were the following:

• Technical assistance for the locking on and formulation of proposals for new allocations of resources based on the socio-economic and planning aims changings;
• Technical Assistance for the razionalization and adjustment of the administrative procedures in the implementation of the regional and community programs. Activities management to certify expenditures and to speed the implementation of assistances and measures;
• Technical Assistance in the editing of annual report on progress and arrangement of the needed documentation for the Reporting and Monitoring Commitees;
• Assistance in the location, processing of information and advertising initiatives concerning the opportunities offered in the programs, the output and results obtained;
• Technical Assistance in the arrangement of documentation, reportings and expenditures certification to present to the competent authorities;
• Technical Assistance to the processing of plannings documents within the new framework of plans for structural funding in 2000/2006;
• Assistance to the implementation and monitoring responsibles in the regional plans with reference to structural fund planning 1994-1999 and 2000-2006.
