Description: The project, realised for Regione Lombardia, had two main objectives: to streamline the survey of data concerning the stage reached in the assistance of single Structural Funds programmes and projects in terms of physical, financial and procedural implementation; to realize a computerised and integrated system for monitoring, evaluation and operational reporting.
LThe General-Directorates concerned were:Presidency (Steering Committee), Agriculture, Productive Activities, Enviromental Safeguard, Craft, Vocational Training and Employment, Budget. The programs concerned were:

Objective 2 (supporting the economic and social conversion of areas facing structural, industrial difficulties),
Objective 3 (Fight against long-term unemployment, facilitating of the professional engagement of young people and integration of people threatened by social and labour market exclusion),
Objective 4 (Arrangement of the workforce facing industrial change and productive system evolution),
Objective 5a (Promotion of rural development in the field of the common agricolture policy reform),
Objective 5b (Rural Development promotion, facilitating the development and structural adjustments in rural areas),
Interreg II (Cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation),
Leader II (Rural Development),
SME (International Competition of small and medium-sized enterprises),
Resider II (Program to assist the conversion of steel-producing areas),
Retex (Community initiative for regions heavily dependent on the textiles and clothing sector),
Konver (Community initiative concerning defence conversion).
