Senior expert in European Union cohesion policies and ESI Funds

Archidata offers professional development opportunities in the field of strategic and operational consultancy to public administrations to support the programming, management and control of programs and interventions co-financed by the European Union's structural funds. The selected profiles will be included in working groups to support the 2014-2020 programming and to prepare for the next 2021-2027 programming.

The profiles sought have the following characteristics:

  • Master's degree or single-cycle degree (old system) in economic management, legal, political-social disciplines;
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in consultancy and technical assistance services in the field of programming, implementation, control and evaluation of Programs co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), carried out in central and / or regional public administrations;
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and the European regulatory framework for ESI Funds;
  • Knowledge of the methodologies of analysis and evaluation of Programs or projects co-financed by the ESI Funds;
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

Main workplace: Lombardy with the possibility of travel throughout the national territory.

Work place: Pre-accession countries
Required skills: in-depth knowledge in planning and programming of public policies and / or European funds
Professional experience: at least 7 but preferably 10 years for the required skills.
Languages: English
Educational qualification: Diploma Master. Preferably have obtained a diploma related to public issues. In his absence 4 years above the general professional experience required

Junior expert in programming, evaluation and monitoring

Work place: Pre-accession countries
Required skills: in-depth knowledge in planning, monitoring and / or management of European funds
Professional experience: at least 3 but preferably 5 years for the required skills.
Languages: English
Educational qualification: Diploma Master. In his absence 4 years above the general professional experience required

Stage

Archidata offers professional development opportunities in the field of strategic and operational consultancy to public administrations to support the programming, management and control of programs and interventions co-financed by the European Union's structural funds. The selected profiles will be included in working groups to support the 2014-2020 programming and to prepare for the next 2021-2027 programming.

The profile sought has the following characteristics:

  • Master's degree in economic management, legal, political-social disciplines;
  • Personal interest in issues related to European integration, economic, social and territorial cohesion policies, innovation in public administration, programming and implementation of public policies and initiatives;
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

It will also be subject to evaluation the proven specific training and / or experience, even short, (master, advanced training, internship) on: a) European Union policies; b) programming, implementation and control of European Structural and Investment Funds; c) Euro-planning; d) analysis and evaluation of public policies.

Main place of work: Lombardy.
