Themain objectives of the project “Support for the MoLSSF to prepare as ManagingAuthority for SOP HRD” are: To strengthen Ministry of Labour administrativecapacity by continuing the process started within Phare program, to enhance thenational and regional responsibility and capability in order to manage ESF asManaging Authority and respective as Intermediate Bodies (NAE, MoER); tosupport the regional and local capacities to access ESF funds. To providetraining at national and regional levels to enhance ESF absorption capacity;and

Toensure an increased efficiency of the active employment measures provision onthe labour market and allocations of funds, in order to enhance the labourmarket policies.
