Description:
The general objective of the project is to continue the process of administrative and institutional development, as well as the implementation of the necessary structures for the efficient use of the Structural Funds after Romania’s Accession to the European Union.

The specific activities that Archidata will undertake are:

to support the strengthening of the institutional structures at central, regional and local level for ESF management
to support the creation in Romania of an efficient system for managing ESF at all levels through adequate structures and mechanisms
to develop specific training programs for project promoters
to prepare and elaborate a project portfolio in the Human Resources Domain, in order to be financed starting with the year 2008.

To this end, Archidata will realize a training needs analysis of the Managing Authority for the Human Resources Development Operational Programme, the different Intermediary Bodies and of the potential project promoters. Based on the results of the training needs analysis, Archidata will ensure training sessions for all these target groups.
