Key Expert: Project Assistant / Interpreter

Input: full time from January 2012 to August 2013
Description
- Assist project team (Project Manager, TL, KE2 and KE3) in general;
- Maintain calendar of project activities, including travel and visiting schedules, staff and other meetings;
- Prepares agenda, take meetings notes, provides interpretation (both oral and in written), assist with preparation of information activities;
- Maintains and organizes project filling system (both hard copy and electronic);
- Assist in organizing conferences, workshops and training sessions;
- Provides welcome service for visiting Guests;
- Arrange travels and accommodations;
- Organises the STEs missions;
- Participate in field visits providing support with interpretation;
- Other duties may be assigned to this position from time to time.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in communication sciences;
- Experience in administrative work;
- Fluent in English and Macedonian language and good knowledge of Italian language;
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others;
- Excellent communication skills, including inter-personal;
Computer literacy.
