Input: full time from January 2012 to August 2013

Description

• Oversee and support the co-ordination of the overall project activities from the Project office headquarters;
• Ensure proper reporting input to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the indications provided by the Project Director;
• Assist project team (Team Leader, Key Expert 2 and Key Expert 3) in liaison with the Project Beneficiary; 
• Ensure co-ordination between the project office, the Consultant’s headquarters and the Project Beneficiary;
• Assist the TL in preparation of reports in terms of contents, layout and quality of language as a key aspect of quality assurance;
• Support the TL in preparing the Terms of Reference for the selection of the short term experts;
• Coordinate the team of the short term experts; 
• Represent Archidata in relation with the Project Beneficiary (Attending meetings, providing the necessary input upon project Beneficiary requests etc.); 
• Ensuring an efficient communication with Archidata’s Project Director about any important decision to be taken or information which may have an impact upon project development.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in social sciences;
• Minimum 6 years project management experience, preferably in international organization;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Macedonian, knowledge of Italian language would be an asset;
• Excellent communication skills, including inter-personal;
• Good organizations skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work in a small team environment
