Archidata supplies technical advice to the Client to plan, design and implement solutions and changing processes. Particularly, Archidata offers technical assistance to Public Administration for the management, monitoring and evaluation of the Structural Founds of the European Community, through the constitution of project team and task forces on the spot. Public Administration, as well as enterprises, is always more driven to start innovation paths to improve internal processes and the quality of provided services. But change is a process that has to be planned, requires a massive resources use and the creation of protection systems that safeguard involved subjects and structures. For Archidata, technical assistance supply means to face problems and absorb variances, find new solutions, in a word provide the best service though initial conditions could be adverse. For this reason, the suggested model is strongly oriented to improve the management and the organization and devoted to certify processes reliability.Public Administration and the enterprises carry out different activities (processes): programming, evaluating and auditing, management. Analysing each process, the following aspects have to be considered: - Phases sequence, that can be described by diagrams, process flows etc… - Information typology and handled data - The rules used to produce, modify, consult and register this information in the different process phases. |
