Team Leader and Institutional Strengthening Expert (minimum 400 days over 24 months)

This project aims at supporting the development of the capacities of the Agency for
Adult Education (AAE) and Croatia's public institutions in the field of
adult education.
The project will last 24 months and it's scheduled to start in March 2010. The project will be located in Zagreb, in premises provided by the Project Partner. Particular activities may be held outside of Zagreb.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in social sciences;
- post-graduate studies in educational management would be an asset;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
General professional experience:
- 7 years of professional experience in adult learning;
- 1 year of work experience in pre-accession and/or transition countries would be an asset;
- 2 years as a team leader of the project or corresponding function.
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in conducting organisational reviews would be an asset;
- Experience in strategy development and/or action planning would be an asset;
- Experience in organising and/or providing training/workshops.
