European Social Fund Implementation Systems Expert (minimum 300 days over 24 months)

This project aims at supporting the development of the capacities of the Agency for
Adult Education (AAE) and Croatia's public institutions in the field of
adult education.
The project will last 24 months and it's scheduled to start in March 2010. The project will be located in Zagreb, in premises provided by the Project Partner. Particular activities may be held outside of Zagreb.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in social sciences;
- post-graduate studies in educational management would be an asset;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
General professional experience:
- 5 years of work experience in project management;
- 1 year of work experience in transition and/or pre-accession countries would be an asset.
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in management of European Social Fund projects;
- Management experience in projects in the field of education, where experience in management of adult education projects would be an asset;
- Experience in providing trainings.
