Expert for Adult Education programmes (minimum 230 days over 24 months)

This project aims at
supporting the development of the capacities of the Agency for
Adult
Education (AAE) and Croatia's public institutions in the field of
adult education.
The project will last 24 months and it's scheduled to start in March 2010. The project will be located in Zagreb, in premises provided by the Project Partner. Particular activities may be held outside of Zagreb.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in education;
- postgraduate degree would be an asset;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
General professional experience:
- 5 years of work experience in AE institutions;
- 1 year of work experience in transition and/or pre-accession countries would be an asset;
- 1 year of work experience in the project management.
Specific professional experience:
- Work experience in advising on financial management of AE programmes;
- Experience in providing trainings.
