Expert in evaluation of Priority Axes (from 1 to 6)
Support to ESF programme in Romania
Archidata announces the selection of experts for the assessment of projects co-financed by the ESF-Romania. The service is within the project “Support for the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities in preparing Management Authority for the Sectoral Operational Programme of Human Resources Development-Follow-up process for managing and implementing ESF -Romania” Project Number PHARE /2006/018-147.04.05.01.07.01

The open positions are the following:
Expert in evaluation of Priority Axes (from 1 to 6).

Requests:

University degree (degree or specialization in project management of European projects or similar is an asset);
Knowledge of the following fields: multicriteria evaluation, financial management, project cycle management;
Experience in evaluation and/or implementation of projects with European co-finance (experience in evaluation /implementation of projects similar to those financed by SOP HRD is an asset);
Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language.

The projects covers all Priority Axes and all the Key Areas of SOPHRD: The evaluations will take place on line in Romanian. The applicants shall be available to work during the months of August and September 2009.
